How Will I Know My Gifts Have Been Shipped?
Dawn sends you regular emails throughout your preparation of your piece. You will receive no more then 3 emails directly to your inbox you used when you paid for your item.

How Long Do Custom Orders Take?
If you have ordered a custom sterling piece of are considering doing so, please allow up to 6 weeks from the point of purchase for its creation and shipping.

What If My Item Breaks?
Even if your item should break or if links come loose which can happen with jewellery Dawn offers a Free Fix It up Package valid for one year after purchase.
Discolouring of items is not included in this service. But you may have it replaced at an additional cost.
You are however required to cover the cost of postage each way. This can be determined by contacting your local mail service and including the cost of return postage within your package. Please ensure you include all the pieces for the jewellery you have seal it carefully.

Do You Offer Client Awards?
In each package shipped you will always find a mini pack of Frankincense to use to cleanse your piece of jewellery with. Simply light one stick as desired and allow the smoke to filter through your bracelet.
Additional Rewards:-
Spend between €15-€20.00 and receive a free 3 card mini reading included in your order
Spend between €20.00 - €30.00 and receive a free set of chakra crystals

How Can I Return A Damaged Item?
You have 5 working days to return a damaged item only.
Please ensure you do not open any packaging around the product if you can clearly see its been effected in transit. All our items are checked for quality before shipping. Occasionally items do get damaged in transit. A replacement will be sent to you on receipt of the damaged item to our office.You are responsible for postage on your side.
Refunds are not offered but you may seek a credit note if you can show solid picture evidence the item has been genuinely damaged.

Credit Notes
Credit Notes are issued only in the event of damaged items where you can satisfy our evidence requests.
Credit notes may occasionally be offered in part return for readings. Where you can then browse our shop to select item(s) within your credit capacity.

You will be given the option to wait for it to be restocked which may take up to 4 weeks..
